I need to change something on my order, how can I do this?

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All items on sale have no return or right to change.

What do I do if I receive a different product than the one I ordered or it is in poor condition?
You must contact us immediately notifying us of one of the two options, you can write to us at maytimeless@gmail.com and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.

Do the products I buy in the virtual store have a guarantee?
Our products are only guaranteed for manufacturing defects, notification must be made within 30 days after receiving the merchandise.

What are the shipping costs and how long does it take?
We try to be as fast as possible but we don’t want to look bad either, in a maximum of 3 business days you will have the merchandise at home. Our shipments have a cost depending on the quantity of products you purchase.
