Changes are only accepted for other items, if the product is in perfect condition, with the customer’s shipping charge. Money back is only accepted if the product is received imperfect.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is occasionally posted.
